It's awkward talking about myself so this'll be brief.
I'm a Computer Science graduate from the University of Greenwich, majoring in Web Application Technologies. I'm also a qualified NVQ Assessor and spent the early days of my career as a lecturer of Internet Science as well as a Webmaster at the British Institute of Technology & E-commerce.
I enjoy DIY and have tackled many projects including flooring, tiling, plumbing, plastering and brickwork. I have wrecked the odd ceiling or two, as you do, trying to save a bob when paying a professional would have been the easier/cheaper option in the long run.
I love computer games and have grown up with consoles since my very first Intellivision back in the day. I love football sims, first person shooters, beat-em-ups and role playing games. The Halo and Zelda games are my personal favourites.
the day job
I am a developer working for The Group, an agency specialising in online communication.
The Group builds and maintains award winning websites and reports for many high profile clients and I have been privileged enough to have worked on websites for the likes of Aviva, Rexam, Centrica, InterContinental Hotels Group, Imperial Tobacco and Sainsburys amongst many others.
